Meet SCCD and NRCS Staff
Carrie Rogaczewski
SCCD District Manager
Carrie was raised in Campbell County and has lived in Sheridan and worked for the SCCD since 1998. She is responsible for coordinating SCCD's watershed program, grant writing and fundraising, and overall project and program oversight.
Jackie Turner
SCCD Program Specialist
Jackie was born in Nebraska and grew up in Montana, Iowa, and Minnesota. She has lived in Sheridan County for 10+ years and began working for the SCCD in 2017 after graduating from the University of Wyoming. Her main responsibilities include the tree program, outreach and education, subdivision reviews, and water quality monitoring.
Andrew Cassiday
NRCS District Conservationist
Andrew was raised in Nebraska. He came to Sheridan in 2008 upon taking a job with the SCCD. In 2009 he was hired on with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), where he spent time in the Sheridan, Johnson, Big Horn, and Crook County field offices. He was hired as the NRCS District Conservationist for Sheridan in 2011.
Oakley Ingersoll
NRCS Soil Conservationist
Oakley originates from Pinedale, Wyoming. He has worked with conservation districts in Uinta and Sublette counties. He came to Sheridan in 2013 when he was hired on with the NRCS as a Soil Conservationist.
Chelsea Winslow
NRCS Soil Conservation Technician
Chelsea was born and raised on a farm in West Virginia. She has degrees in Wildlife & Fisheries Natural Resources and Conservation Ecology from West Virginia University. She has lived in Sheridan since 2013 and started with the NRCS in 2021 as a Soil Conservation Technician. Her focus is on invasive grasses/plants.
